Peer to peer property lender CrowdProperty announced on Monday the launch of its new autoinvest product, which is supposed to help investors diversify quickly and easily without a platform or financial advisor fees. According to CrowdProperty:
“CrowdProperty AutoInvest is a stress-free way to invest money across every high-quality, first charge secured project launched, built to save investors time and effort in building a diversified investment portfolio without platform or financial advisor fees. AutoInvest is available to lenders in both their Standard and ISA accounts.”
While sharing more details about the product, Mike Bristow, CEO of CrowdProperty, stated

As previously reported, CrowdProperty was founded in 2014 and is described as a peer-to-peer lending platform designed to facilitate loans between private individuals and professional property businesses. Most recently, CrowdProperty reported it has now funded 500 UK homes worth more than £80 million. The P2P lender says over £30 million has been lent through its lending platform. Bristow shared at the time:
