This year’s annual Finnies awards will focus on the relaunched ethos towards collaboration and recognising standout fintech businesses. It also follows the group’s escalation of its efforts to champion local issues affecting the fintech sector including the changing payments landscape, R&D tax credits,  and the Consumer Data Regime.”

The new members include:

Joyce went on to add:

“It’s such an exciting time to be involved in fintech both in Australia and particularly Queensland. We’ve reached a pivotal point where fintech theory is becoming reality, and I’m pleased to report that Queensland’s fintechs are playing an increasingly important role in this shift.  It’s an absolute privilege to be able to advocate on behalf of the local and national fintech community, and I look forward to supporting its growth and success.”
