No1 Rosemary Water, a UK-based botanical beverage company, recently announced it has extended its equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube. The funding round is going an additional two weeks after the original closing date. The company revealed in an update:
“Next week there are not one, but two investor events that will position No1 Rosemary Water in front of some excellent potential investors! As such, we are extending our campaign for an additional week to allow us to take advantage of this opportunity to gain even more investment, because every additional amount we raise gives us better footing for our expansion plans! As I’m sure you’ll appreciate, No1 Rosemary Water is a unique beverage that needs to be tasted to be fully appreciated. The events next week provide an ideal opportunity to get investors tasting the product range! Thanks for all your ongoing support, understanding and patience as we finalise our campaign and gather the last remaining investment in No1 Rosemary Water.”
As previously reported, No1 Rosemary Water has created a total of ten single extract botanical drinks using only fresh herbs. The beverage collection is sold in more than 1650 outlets in the UK and U.S., which includes M&S, Waitrose, Harvey Nichols, Whole Foods, and Selfridge. Each of the company’s botanicals were chosen for their unique flavor and medicinal properties.
“Our production process makes us unique in both the $2.4bn UK bottled water industry and the wider global market (est. $215bn by 2025). No1 Botanicals can be found in M&S, Waitrose, Harvey Nichols, Whole Foods and many other stores. We’ve since added pure rosemary extract shots, and nine new still & sparkling waters to the range, with Hemp Water on its way.”
Since its launch, the campaign has raised nearly £1.3 million from more than 500 investors. It is now set to close this upcoming Wednesday.
