Peer to peer property investment platform the House Crowd is crowdfunding on Seedrs. Founded in 2012, the House Crowd explains that it has evolved from an FCA regulated P2P platform in the buy to let space to doing multi-million-pound property developments.
The House Crowd states:
“We are raising funds to develop our exciting new Money Mog brand, targeting the huge millennial market, create our own House Crowd SIPP, capture market share in the £600 Billion ISA market, integrate a blockchain secondary market and introduce several other tech advancements to accelerate company growth.”
According to the platform’s website, to date, the House Crowd has raised over £112 million for 400+ properties funded. The House Crowd claims over 27,000 registered members and it has distributed over £50 million to investors.
The House Crowd currently provides short term bridge loans and property development finance. Investors have a variety of options to participate in securities offerings. Currently, the House Crowd indicates that P2P returns stand around 9% per annum

Founded by Frazer Fearnhead, the platform seeks to simplify property investment while making it more accessible to smaller investors. Fernhead stated earlier this year:
“It’s always been assumed that property investment has a high barrier to entry – but with peer to peer property lending, there’s ample opportunity for everyone to benefit from high returns with good security. The UK is in the midst of a housing crisis, and we are providing much needed housing, whilst helping people to build their financial futures effectively.”
The crowdfunding offer is accepting registrations now. Deal terms should be available soon.
