FundedByMe Poland is reporting a securities offering that closed almost immediately. Iron Wolf Studio raised over €350,000 from more than 60 investors “within minutes” of the offering going live.
Iron Wolf Studio is a gaming company comprised of veteran devs and designers from Iron Wolf Studio and Inimages. The offering is described as a pre-IPO round.
Iron Wolf is the second record-fast performing gaming company launched by FundedByMe Poland, after Duality closed its financing round earlier this year.
The Iron Wolf Studio offering was scheduled to run for up to 45 days on FundedByMe.
“We are very excited to see the high-quality equity cases that Poland provides to the network and we are also impressed by how the FBM Poland team executes flawlessly on their launches,” said Daniel Daboczy, Group CEO, FundedByMe. “We believe that the region has just started to show what it can do and we are strongly convinced that Poland and Central Europe has so much more to offer. We are proud to see yet another Success Story from Poland and we are especially happy that 62 investors chose to back the Iron Wolf project.”
The equity crowdfunding industry is said to be growing rapidly in Central Europe and FundedByMe Poland has planned to take a leading role. The EU expects to see more streamlined legislation and FundedByMe says it is well-positioned towards further growth.
“We are really excited to see another Polish campaign closing their fundraising on FundedByMe. During the next few months, we aim to show several interesting projects that could bring interesting exit opportunities to investors from Sweden. Our ambition is to continue to bring attention to the booming tech scene in Poland,” says Maciej Gajewski, CEO FundedByMe Poland.
