Enterprise App Platform Padoq Now Seeking £850,000 Through Equity Crowdfunding Round on Seedrs

Padoq, a UK-based enterprise app platform, is now seeking to raise a minimum of £850,000 through its equity crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. The company is currently offering 14.65% in equity at a £4,952,400 pre-money valuation. Founded in 2017, Padoq describes itself as a community network platform aiming to “revolutionize the way communities interact and engage online.”

Padoq is an innovative tech platform that allows clients of all shapes and sizes to engage, organise and monetise. Extremely customisable, Padoq has the potential to power everything from branded apps designed for the large blue-chip businesses, through to our self-serve platform for communities. Padoq as B2B commercially targets reduction of costs, complexity and maintenance. As B2C, Padoq for Communities targets the mass market of groups, teams and small enterprises.”

Padoq also claims it is a one-stop powerhouse of core digital functionality. It is a disruptive consolidator across apps, media, ecommerce, engagement, payments, and communications. The platform’s functionality now includes:

In regards to what the Seedrs campaign funds will be used for, Padoq added:

The immediate mission following this round is building out the sales channels for selling high end B2B apps. This will include lead generation, pipeline conversion, on-boarding and account management. As well as sales efforts, the investment will be used for two high-end tech additions for extra revenue generation (the core platform is fully market-ready): By end of Q4 2019, we are targeting the release of a self-serve advertising platform, allowing businesses and communities to benefit from controlled advert inclusion. Deeper API integration: we are already experiencing client demand for plugging Padoq deeply into their existing systems.”
