SEC: Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee & Investor Advisory Committee Schedule Meetings to Discuss COVID-19 Impact

The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced two meetings of Committees that provide recommendations to the Commission.

The Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies Meeting and the Investor Advisory Committee will both be holding meetings on Thursday, April 2, 2020. Both meetings will take place as a video conference.

The two Committees are expected to discuss the Impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on both investors and smaller firms. The Committees may provide recommendations to the Commission in light of the crisis.

The Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee will take place at 12 Noon ET and the Investor Advisory Committee will take place at 4 PM.
