LendInvest Creates New Team to Better Manage Complex Deals

Property finance marketplace LendInvest has launched a new Structured Property Finance team to better serve borrowers and brokers in managing complex property finance deals. According to a note from LendInvest, the new team will be headed up by Tom Madden, Sales Director who will work alongside Senior Business Development Managers Gary Clark and Michael Minnie. The new team will specialize in “high value, unique property finance deals between £500,000 and £15 million in loan size.”

LendInvest states that the team’s focus will be providing tailored solutions to complex deals by offering a range of products, including Bridging loans, Land and Commercial Security, to Development Exit and Development Finance.

Madden called the creation of the new Structured Finance team a “natural step for the business, and a formalization of a lot of the work the team has been delivering to date.”

“This launch builds on the team’s successful track record of understanding our borrower’s businesses, helping our brokers add significant value and providing a tailored experience for professional property investors and SME developers.”
