LendInvest, a digital property finance platform, has received the highest possible rating from a European ratings agency for the sixth year in a row, according to a note from the company.
ARC Ratings is a regulated European credit rating agency registered with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). LendInvest notes that its rating is based on a number of factors including corporate governance, internal controls, due diligence, data disaster mitigation, and the financial health of the firm. Of note, the rating agency reviews the underwriting process and the assessments of the loans.
LendInvest has received a SQ1 Servicer Quality Rating for LendInvest following a review of the company.
ARC’s review also included recognition of LendInvest’s second successful securitization of £285 million of Buy-to-Let loans that was over-subscribed. LendInvest states that the ratings agency applauded its approach to the COVID-19 crisis.
Rod Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer of LendInvest, stated:
“After an unprecedented couple of months for the industry as a whole, it’s fantastic to see LendInvest recognised for its ability to weather a crisis and receive the highest possible rating for the sixth year running from such a respected rating agency. The business invests heavily in the development of its proprietary technology and continuous improvement of its internal processes, putting us in a perfect position to remain open for business, while offering the same seamless experience that our borrowers and brokers expect.”
