Carverter, a UK-based company that enables customers to find & lease the perfect hybrid or electric vehicle (EV), has successfully secured its initial £2 million funding target through its equity crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. Founded in 2018, Carverter claims it offers every single make and model of hybrid and electric car all in one place.

Carverter further noted that its core target market are considering changing their current car(s) or van(s) to greener models but are unsure where to start.

Funds from the Seedrs round will be used to growth the Carverter team and continue the development of the car platform. The company is now offering 13.97% in equity at a £14 million pre-money valuation.
