Profile Software, a global financial solution provider, reveals that it has introduced a new version of its Treasury platform, Acumen.plus. As noted in the announcement, the upgraded, STP, real-time Cloud-native platform aims to provide advanced UX and automation to the modern Treasurer, internationally.
Leveraging its extensive experience across 45 different countries, Acumen.plus has been able to develop a Treasury system that empowers clients to check and validate mass deals’ imports with the help of real-time APIs. It provides key functions for performing bulk uploads, enabling a secure and smooth monitoring of the process. Users are able to inspect and authorize uploaded deals, prior to their creation in the system, which eliminates errors and ensures the overall quality of data (very important in Treasury).
A quick input facility is also available for deals like Money Market, Bond and FX spot trades. When deals aren’t being executed in external trading platforms/systems but have been agreed non-electronically, Treasurers can still manually input them by providing just the key values in a special command line (which can save time for more meaningful activities).
Acumen.plus also provides flexibility to configure screens within the application as well as mask unused fields. It supports greater personalization and enables the end-user to work on familiar screens used by applications, while accommodating the Bank’s specific workflows for various deal types.
Analysis reports are available via dashboards and shortcuts may be user-specific. Treasury reporting has reportedly been improved to provide on-demand charts and dashboards. Template reports and dashboards are also provided for complete and real time views of activities in various areas, with a special focus on specific tasks where required.
Functions may be adapted to accommodate updated requirements and new business processes. Acumen.plus aims to support Treasurers by helping them make faster, well-informed decisions by taking into consideration the overall risk and return of different portfolios.
