PeerStreet Makes Best Fintech Workplaces List

Real estate investing platform PeerStreet has another award for their trophy case. The company was named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Financial Technology. The honour was voted on by staff who received an anonymous survey sent directly to them by Best Companies Group that asked questions on such topics as vision, execution, leadership and culture. The results are scored by a third party.

The survey is anonymous and tallied by a third party, so the results remain as unbiased as possible. The questions range from vision to execution, leadership and culture.

It’s not the first award won by PeerStreet, which was named the Best Real Estate Platform by LendIt in 2020. They have also been ranked on Deloitte’s Fast 500 for the past two years

“It is always gratifying to be recognized by our own team members for the company culture we have created together,” PeerStreet said in a statement. “These awards reflect our incredible team and all of their hard work to support PeerStreet’s mission; to make real estate investing work better for everyone.

“Our marketplace is designed to align the interest of all participants-borrower, lenders, digital investors and the local communities. To do this, we’ve worked hard to cultivate a workplace culture that focuses on collaboration to introduce new innovation to the world of real estate investing. We are incredibly proud of the PeerStreet team and these accolades are recognition of the commitment we have to building great workplace culture.

Some of the companies joining PeerStreet on the list include financial services organization Cross River, financial technology provider Plaid, and BlueVine, a provider of invoice factoring and lines of credit.
