Online investment platform EstateGuru is reporting another solid month as July generated 70 financed projects for a total of €14.3 million. In a blog post, EstateGuru said that like in recent months, Germany and Estonia provided the most investor activity.
During the month of July, a total of €8.7 million worth of loans were repaid with an average return of 10.9%, according to the company.
Since 2014, EstateGur has financed €407.7 million in loans, having repaid €237.7 million with €170 million outstanding.
The total number of defaulted loans is 92 for an aggregate amount of €14.7 million.
EstateGuru, a short-term lender providing property-backed loans, reports around 92,000 investors – adding 3,000 new investors each month. The average rate of return is 11.36%. Germany is its largest market but the investment platform also operates in Lithuania, Latvia, Spain, Sweden, Finland as well as its home market Estonia. EstateGuru is planning an expansion into the UK, Ireland and Portugal.
