Open Banking Platform Nordigen Partners with Enty, a Full-Service Company Management Tool Provider

The only “free” Open Banking platform, Nordigen, has entered into a partnership with full-service company management tool provider, Enty, in order to offer the latter with banking data that’s delivered right to their dashboard, along with integration with their other solutions.

Enty may be described as the “control panel” of any firm, providing innovative solutions for company management with regulary customer support for SMEs, freelancers and startups.

The comprehensive service offers its users with eight different back-office tools, all encompassed within a single platform. Services on offer reportedly include incorporation, accounting, invoicing, contract management, and HR services.

Kirill Zheleznov, CEO at Enty, stated:

“The ultimate goal of Enty is to transform company management. We are aiming to make all company management processes as easy as possible. Integration with Nordigen is one of the steps to building a single dashboard that will allow controlling all back-office processes of a company.”

As noted by its management, Enty is “a complete solution for the online management of a company.” The company’s goal is to “become the closest friend of a company: starting from incorporation, tax reporting, and proceeding to much more complicated tasks like equity management.”

With that in mind, they’re ready to offer “tailor-made solutions on every step of the development of your business:”

With their solutions, you may start a new business or open a company “in a new jurisdiction,” the company claims. Enty allows individuals to “set up a company in the EU online.” There’s just one form, “all the help that a client might need and just a week to start a new company.”

The company adds:

“We believe in bright minds of entrepreneurs, so our service won’t tell you where and how to operate your business but we will help you concentrate strictly on the business side of things. Enty takes care of boring but vital things such as tax reporting, accounting, annual and other reports, communication with government officials, and other paperwork that feeds off your nerves and precious time that you can spend on something useful.”

They also noted:

“If the company reaches an important stage where it needs to attract additional funding, Enty provides one of the most advanced equity management solutions on the market: draw and manage cap table, issue stock options, attract funding, distribute dividends.”

The integration with Nordigen’s account information service updates the platform by adding a new product to the list of services: Open Banking.

Enty clients may now connect their business accounts directly to the system, enabling them to effectively monitor financial activity via the platform and automatically provide the accounting tools with necessary data.

Before this collaboration, users were having to upload bank statements manually. Now, Enty is one of the first to generate their own bank statements, based on the data obtained via Nordigen’s API.

Rolands Mesters, Co-founder and CEO of Nordigen, remarked:

“Enty has created a tool that encompasses many aspects of successful business management. PSD2 was created to provide seamless access to open banking data and we’re delighted that our open banking solution helps Enty offer a more integrated and simplified user experience to their customers.”
