EVERUP, a Prize linked Fintech App Boosting Savings via Games, Acquires £429K+ via Crowdcube

EVERUP,  a prize-linked app boosting savings & spending rewards via games, has secured 107% (£429,668) of its £400,000 target from 310 investors (at the time of writing) via its crowdfunding campaign carried out through Crowdcube (with 18 days left in the sale).

EVERUP is described as a fast-growing and award-nominated app that “aspires to be a European leader in the new rewards economy centered around crypto & digital rewards.”

They’re raising “to add new products & supercharge,” the company revealed. Based in the United Kingdom, the firm reports a £9,995,467 pre-money valuation, 4.12% equity, and a £6.74 share price.

EverUp noted that it now has around 11k registered users, 5k cash accounts, as well as a 4k subscribers card waitlist. The company also reports strong engagement with DAUs 2k; WAUs 3.7k; engagement time/user/month 30m (Dec 21).

The company has launched prize-linked gift cards (£10k of sales in 2 weeks). It was award-nominated at 1) Paris Fintech Forum; 2) The Europas Tech Startup.

The firm will offer:

  • Prize-Linked Cash Account and Game Centre
  • Prize-Linked Gift Cards
  • Prize-Linked Crypto Rewards Debit Card

The company has also shared some notable statistics: 175K scratch cards, 185K spins and 2 Billion coins played per month; £10K+ Gift Cards sold, £20K+ tax free prizes awarded to date; £500.00 the highest one.

According to the firm, its future plans include working on products related to the Metaverse and the NFT space.

Since their raise in January 21 (303% overfunded), the firm has “launched the iOS and Android apps, with the user base growing on average ~49% month on month following the end of beta in June.” They now have 11k registered users and 5k cash accounts opened. A major part of their growth is ‘fueled by referrals, generating low CACs and strong retention ratios.”

The company also shared:

“We’re a prize-linked rewards platform that, through the power of games creates strong engagement. We have a significant proportion of DAUs and WAUs. The average engagement time, per user, per month is 30m+ as well as our Trustpilot score being 4.5.”

They added:

“Since launching our initial no-loss games – Million Lotto, Daily Raffle, London and Montecarlo Wheel of Fortunes – we’ve continued to add – Scratch Cards, Mystery Prizes and Super Thursday – plus recently we launched our prize-linked gift cards.”

The firm also noted that they have listened to their customers, and are raising to launch “the first UK, gamified, crypto rewards debit card.”

With 4k+ people already subscribed to the card waitlist, they are “excited to get going with this next rollout.”

There is more: “over time EverUp intends to build a series of games incorporating NFTs.” Their customers will be able “to earn rewards (play to earn and token planned).” Their first original 3D skill game will be launched at some point this year, the company confirmed.
