The not-for-profit group, the Financial Technology Association (FTA) has hired Tom Davis as Vice President of Membership and Development. According to a statement distributed by the FTA, Davis brings more than a decade of experience in directing, marketing, and developing membership-based organizations to his role at the Association.
Before joining FTA, Davis was the Global Membership Director for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He also served as the Director of Business Development for The Conference Board’s CEO membership, overseeing the development and strategic partnerships while connecting its member base to its core policy issues.
Penny Lee, CEO of the Financial Technology Association, said they are excited to welcome Davis to their growing team:
“His background in strategy, marketing, and development will help FTA better serve our members and grow into the future.”
Davis said he was thrilled to be part of the FTA at such a pivotal moment in Fintech:

Davis received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a Minor in Music Composition, from Drew University, in Madison, New Jersey.
The FTA aims to elevate Fintech’s power to increase competition and drive financial inclusion through responsible products and services. FTA advocates for the modernization of financial regulation to support inclusion and innovation.
