Bitcoin Adoption: NYDIG Is Focused on Helping Banks with Integrating BTC into their Products After $1B Round

NYDIG says it is committed to partnering with banking institutions to integrate Bitcoin into their products. Landry’s, Inc., the owner/operator of more than 65 brands with over 600 locations internationally, recently noted that Select Club members will now be able to earn Bitcoin points “when dining at locations nationwide.”

While sharing other updates, NYDIG revealed that they have been named to the 2022 Blockchain50 by CBinsights (annual ranking). The firm, which announced a $1 billion funding round in December 2021, said it is “an honor to be recognized as one of the most promising companies in the industry, and [they’re] excited for what’s to come.”

The NYDIG team also notes that employers are in “a battle to find and keep talented workers.”

Recently, the company conducted their NYDIG Bitcoin Benefits 2022 Survey. This allowed them to “explore employee interest in getting paid in bitcoin.”

Their consumer survey “suggests that nearly one out of four workers would prefer a company that offers a bitcoin payroll benefit when deciding between equivalent job offers.”

They survey also reveals that “offering a Bitcoin Savings Plan may be an important retention tool.” Additionally, as bitcoin is becoming more and more prevalent, bitcoin holders “are saying they want to increase their stockpile by being paid a portion of their salary in bitcoin as an employee benefit.”

While sharing other updates, NYDIG confirmed that they are in search of “passionate, driven people who want to work together on creating impactful solutions.” You can apply today to join their “rapidly growing” firm and help them “bring Bitcoin to all.”

The firm also shared that it is great to see Everbowl make the decision to “convert their business operations to the Bitcoin Standard.” As part of this exciting development, they’ll soon “offer employees the option to be #PaidInBitcoin with a NYDIG Bitcoin Savings Plan.”

Last month, the company also revealed that Wipfli, a national consulting and accounting firm that turns “curiosity into clarity and results,” had joined NYDIG’s Preferred Partner Program.

Their work together will aim to “provide institutions with compliant solutions for offering #Bitcoin services to customers.”
