NowRX, one of the largest funding rounds ever listed on SeedInvest, is scheduled to close its current Series C round on May 20, 2022, according to an email.
As it stands today, NowRX has raised $18.6 million from over 6100 investors. NowRX is selling preferred equity at a pre-money valuation of $275 million. Securities are being issued under the Reg A+ exemption.
This is the 4th round listed on SeedInvest. In total, NowRX has raised over $43 million on the securities crowdfunding platform.
SeedInvest notes that since its first-round listed on SeedInvest in 2016, NowRx has expanded from 4 employees to 122, grown its revenue from $600,000 to over $20 million, and recently has launched NowRx Telehealth which reportedly grew 1,200% in 2021.
NowRX is like an Uber for pharmaceuticals/prescriptions. The company aims to redefine healthcare by providing on-demand, same-day delivery of medicines as well its new Telehealth service. Currently, NowRX operates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Orange County – Los Angeles, and Phoenix, Arizona. Its plan is to offer services nationwide. A recent update on the offering page shares that NowRX delivered a record number of prescriptions in March growing by 20% month over month. Revenue for March was reported at $2.7 million.
