Crowdcube is in the process of revving up its operations in Europe under the new pan-European crowdfunding rules. It is the first platform to receive regulatory approval under ECSPR having gained a license in Spain. As SeedInvest in the US has invested in the platform and SeedInvest CEO and co-founder Ryan Feit has joined the board of Crowdcube you can anticipate more transatlantic securities offerings as well.
