Robocash Appoints New CEO As Founder Steps Aside, Remains Board Chair

 

Robocash Group, an operator of online lending and investment platforms, has announced that Natalya Ischenko is the new Chief Executive Officer and Ivan Adamovich is now Chief Financial Officer. Sergey Sedov, who founded and led the company will remain as Chairman of the Board.

In a company release, Robocash said that Ischenko a knowledgeable leader with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and consulting. In the past seven years, Ischenko has held senior management positions in banking and advisory.

Adamovich joined Robocash Group in 2019 and has been responsible for reporting, controlling, and corporate finance. He was subsequently promoted to Deputy CFO in 2022.

The change in leadership is being described as Robocash entering a “new phase” as the company aims to develop a full range of financial products.

Ischenko’s banking experience is expected to help the company redefine the business model.

Ischenko commented on her selection:

The company’s new strategy is expected to be revealed in Q4 of this year.
