Global blockchain gaming company Wemade announced that Rise of Stars (ROS), a mobile game developed by LightCON Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wemade Max Co., Ltd., revamped the Silthereum system on December 28, as follows.
- Updated Silther Check used for item purchase and Silthereum exchange
- Incineration of Silther Particle to stabilize the game token market price
- New roadmap for 2023 revealed, focusing on the activation of game tokenomics
ROS, released globally in February 2022, is “a traditional SLG (4x strategy game) blockchain game available on WEMIX PLAY.” Real-time large-scale battles, as well as a vast space background and detailed warships and planets, “are the major characteristics of the game.”
Players can “invest Silther Particle in the Trade Center and gain Silther Check depending on the proportion of their investment stake.” Silther check “can be exchanged into Silthereum or be used to purchase Silther Particle and in-game items.”
ROS will “expand the usage of Silther Check by adding new systems.” Silther Particle invested in the Trade Center will “be incinerated to stabilize the market price of Silthereum.”
In addition, ROS has “revealed its new roadmap for 2023 available on the official website.” It will focus “on activating Silthereum economy by launching new Silthereum-based games, introducing staking season 2, holding Silther Particle events, and more.”
As noted in the update, WEMIX is “a blockchain gaming platform developed by WEMIX Pte. Ltd, providing services including cryptocurrency wallet, decentralized exchange, NFT item marketplace, WEMIX staking and the game gateway.”
WEMIX Pte. Ltd is “a subsidiary of Wemade, the developer and owner of “The Legend of Mir” IP, a highly successful game with over 500 million users.”
As mentioned in the announcement, Wemade claims it is “a pioneer in game development from Korea.” Their focus is “ever-shifting towards metaverse and blockchain (NFT, DeFi) technology with an emphasis on personalizing the gaming experience.”
Wemade strives “to transform everyday games with blockchain technology and establish its WEMIX token as a key currency in the gaming industry.”
