DealMaker, a tech platform designed to streamline online capital formation and broker-dealer, has appointed Chris Adamkowski as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
Adamkowski reportedly spent over a decade at Google working in several divisions, including Financial Services, Government, Energy, and Tech. Before joining Google, Adamkowski held Sales and Strategy roles, based in both the US and Canada.
DealMaker co-founder and CEO Rebecca Kacaba commented on the new hire:
“Chris is a proven revenue generator who understands how to grow and scale a technology business. His ability to guide cross-functional teams with multiple revenue streams brings immeasurable value to the DealMaker team. Chris’ brilliant sales and marketing acumen, along with his team player attitude and relentless pursuit of growth make him a great fit with the DealMaker team as we embark on the next phase of our journey.”
Adamkowski said he is passionate about what DealMaker delivers – offering everyday investors access to high growth investment opportunities, as well as giving companies a more efficient way to raise capital.
“I didn’t leave Google just to drive incremental growth. I am joining DealMaker because we are significantly improving outcomes for both companies, as well as investors, and we will grow DealMaker the same way I grew a variety of different businesses and divisions over 10+ years at Google.”
To date, DealMaker has processed over $1.7 billion in transactions and over 680,000 investments leveraging the full stack of securities exemptions including Reg CF, Reg A+ and Reg D.
