Digital Securities Exchange Archax Lists Equity Offer for SupraFin

Archax, a digital securities exchange regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, has listed a securities offering to raise capital for SupraFin.

According to the offering page, SupraFin is raising funds at a pre-money valuation of £12 million. SupraFin is hoping to raise a minimum amount of £1 million in equity with a minimum investment per investor of £25,000.

SupraFin is a crypto investment and risk intelligence firm. The company has a twofold mission. First, to help make good judgments on their crypto investments by incorporating their algorithms. Second, SupraFin aims to support regulators as they assess the digital asset marketplace.

SupraFin reports interesting results according to specific risk profiles. According to their website, their targeted low-risk portfolio has generated a 50% return in the past 3 months. Since its inception in January 2021, the lower-risk model has generated a 148% return.

SupraFin was founded by CEO Liliana Reasor, who has an extensive resume working at big-name financial services firms like Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and more. She has a degree in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon.
