Reg A+: Worthy Announces New Property Bond for Investors to “Meet Demand”

Worthy Financial, Inc., has announced another securities offering in the form of a property bond that generates a 5.5% fixed return for investors.

The security is issued under the Reg A+ exemption and is available for retail investors. The offering document must be qualified by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prior to opening up the investment to individuals.

Worthy reports that this is the second qualification for a Reg A+ offering qualified by the SEC in the past 7 months.

In a public statement Dara Albright, a Director of Worthy, said the sales of Worth Property Bonds 1 continue to accelerated and they look forward to meeting the growing demand from investors. Albright noted that the security is popular due to the high  yield and liquidity, predicting securities like this will grow in the future.

The Bond may be purchased for as little as $10, allowing purchasers to sell the bonds at any time. According to the company’s website, proceeds from bonds sales are primarily loaned to companies that offer collateral such as inventory, accounts receivables, and real estate to secure the funds.
