Ampergia Limited, which aims to enable businesses’ net-zero transitions, has reportedly acquired 58% (£117,100) of its £200,000 fundraising target with 5 days left in the sale (at the time of writing) from 92 investors through its crowdfunding campaign, carried out via Crowdcube.
Based in the United Kingdom, Ampergia Limited reports a Pre-money valuation of £2,000,000; 9.09% Equity; a £5 Share price.
Ampergia’s explains that its goal is to enable firms’ net-zero transitions. With a number of signed contracts to date, Ampergia are “a growing renewable energy technology company.”
As noted in the update the world’s clean energy investment “neared £1 trillion in 2022.”
Ampergia aims to “enable industry change to a greener, carbon-neutral future End-to-end solutions with tech, solar, battery, EV charging, heat pumps & CHP.”
Introducing the Energy-Tech platform ‘Houston’ which is currently in development
The company has “raised £100k, but only £75k off-platform investment has been reflected on the progress bar because £25k has already been spent by the company.”
The company further indicates that it may “spend up to £25,000 whilst the pitch is live.”
Ampergia aims to “enable the change to a greener, carbon-neutral future for businesses & powers their net-zero journeys.”
According to the firm, the Problem is as follows:
- The world needs to attempt to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees;about 20% of the energy consumed in industry is electricity & redirecting this to green energy is key.
The market attained “a record high investment of nearly £1tn in clean energy, but access to affordable renewable energy solutions & funding is difficult in the UK due to high demand, limited knowledge, engineering capacity & supply chain issues.”
Ampergia is a UK technology integrator “that provides green energy solutions to businesses for healthier environmental practices & reduced energy costs.”
The company is “developing a proprietary asset management system ‘Houston’ & offer an efficient all-round renewable energy solution & financing.”
The Ampergia Solution helps “to facilitate the switch with their new tech, integrative approach & helps understand how to optimize renewables & road to net zero.”
Once ready, their Houston system will aim to “manage & monitor energy, carbon reductions & cost-savings from anywhere.”
Business response to the Ampergia solution has “met with enthusiasm in the first year and we already have a number of contracts signed that we are working on.”
The firm added that they are now “fundraising to scale up with resource procurement, installation management & marketing.”
