Arendt Services announces a partnership with Fenergo in order “to deliver its investment management clients a best-in-class, investor lifecycle experience.”
Arendt Services will leverage Fenergo’s Software-as-a-Service (Saas) Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution “to meet investor expectations for a frictionless onboarding and maintenance experience.”
Arendt Services will drive operational efficiencies “by optimizing its investor onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes – previously highly resource-intensive and costly manual procedures.”
With this collaboration, Arendt Services aims “to streamline and enhance the onboarding experience for investors, facilitating a seamless and efficient process while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service.”
Fenergo’s CLM SaaS solution and regulatory rules coverage in over 120 jurisdictions encompasses “a comprehensive suite of tools designed to automate and optimise the end-to-end investor journey.”
It provides teams with the ability “to visualise complex entity relationships and identify ultimate beneficial owners – all of which streamline regulatory compliance processes, as well as fully integrating screening duties.”
Arendt Services is a highly regarded investor and corporate services provider headquartered in Luxembourg with “a strong focus on fund services, company incorporation administration, governance services and tax compliance.”
Arendt Services has built “a distinct reputation in delivering comprehensive and reliable solutions.” Through strategic collaborations and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, Arendt Services is continually “developing to meet the evolving needs of its clients.”
As part of a larger organization, Arendt Services can “leverage the collective expertise and resources of Arendt to deliver a tailored approach.” This collaboration enhances the quality and depth of services offered, “allowing clients to access a wide range of specialized knowledge and capabilities.”
Christian Heinen, CEO of Arendt Services, comments:
“Fund Managers’ and Asset Managers’ appetite for a smoother end-to-end user experience has been growing steadily over recent years, and we are delighted to deploy Fenergo’s SaaS solution in response to this. Widely regarded as the gold standard in investor lifecycle software, Fenergo’s tech provides clients with a convenient investor portal, which acts as the user’s central information hub. The service is offered as standard to funds, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM), or other fund administrators/transfer agents and covers Investors, Assets, and Distributors. Investors can access the portal to upload or review any relevant information in real-time, drastically reducing manual document flow and accelerating lifecycle processes. It’s all about empowering our clients and investors, and in doing so, boosting operational efficiency.”
Stella Clarke, Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Fenergo, said:
“Arendt Services’ move to deploy Fenergo’s technology highlights the growing importance of digitalisation within Asset Servicing over recent years, with investors increasingly demanding greater transparency and more fluid, efficient and manageable user journeys. Businesses that overlook the client experience risk failing to attract and retain top investors over the coming years. This deal also marks a major milestone in Fenergo’s expansion into Luxembourg, now one of the company’s fastest-growing markets for new business. To partner with such a long-established and well-reputed company in the region is a testament to the professionalism of the Fenergo team and the seamless manner in which our SaaS solution can be integrated.”
The deal continues a busy year for Fenergo’s new business deployments, “after leading asset servicing companies Citco and Northern Trust integrated its technology in January and May 2023, respectively.”
