PeerBerry Investors Reportedly Funded a Record-High Amount of €80.4M+ of Loans in Nov 2023, Earned €862,844 in Interest

PeerBerry investors have reportedly funded a record-high amount of over €80.4 million of loans in November and earned €862 844 in interest.

PeerBerry’s portfolio has “amounted to €109.88 million at the end of the last months.”

PeerBerry reveals that it currently “has over 76 625 verified investors and almost half of them actively invest daily.” Since PeerBerry’s inception, investors have “funded €2.24 billion of loans and earned €27.39 million in interest.”

In another recent update shared by PeerBerry, it was noted that Aventus Group lender Credito365 from Mexico starts offering short-term loans on the PeerBerry platform. Mexican loans are said to be “backed with a buyback and a group guarantee and will generate a 10% annual return to PeerBerry investors.”

Aventus Group founded Credito365 (legal name CREDITO 365 SAPI DE CV) in May 2023. To date, the Credito365 portfolio “amounts to over EUR 0,7 million. Mexican lender currently employs 18 employees.”

Credito365 loans will “be available on the PeerBerry platform every business day.”

In another announcement from last month, it was confirmed that PeerBerry’s business partner, renewable energy company Litelektra, “repaid investors a EUR 750 000 million loan and paid EUR 76 252 in interest.”

Litelektra is as independent renewable energy supplier “with electricity supply agreements with state-owned companies. Under agreements, these companies purchase energy from Litelektra at an agreed price from 1 to 3 years (depending on the power plant). It guarantees Litelektra constant and stable cash flows, and for investors, it ensures safe investments.”

Litelektra is a Lithuanian company that aims “to make the combination of renewable wind and solar energy more accessible by ensuring an entire cycle of stable and affordable energy throughout the year.”

As reported in November 2023, PeerBerry’s business partner – real estate developer Lithome – repaid investors “a EUR 650 000 loan (real estate project “Stillum”) and paid EUR 65 187in interest.”
