Wefunder, a top Funding Portal focusing on the Reg CF market, has announced a new service aimed at regular investors VIP membership.
According to Wefunder, VIP members may benefit from better terms on securities offerings or perhaps a 10% bonus equity in certain investments.
For securities listed on the Funding Portal that are over-subscribed, VIP members may jump ahead of non-VIPs to participate in these offerings when space is available.
The company adds they are now negotiating allowances for certain invite only offerings and VIPs may gain access to these opportunities.
There are other perks affilicated with the VIP status including discounts on investor fees.
Wefunder is charging an annual fee of $295 to become a VIP.
