CapitalRise, an online investment platform for prime real estate, has added to its lending and origination teams with the addition of Business Development Director Imogen Willams and the promotion of Ed Groves to Associate.
CapitalRise, which recently benefited from institutional funding commitments, said the new hire was due to strong demand for its funding services across London and the South East.
According to CapitalRise, Williams previously worked for Market Financial Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager. Her new role as Business Development Director will involve building on existing relationships and establishing new ones with developers, property investors, and those requiring real estate debt in key markets and geographies across London and the South East.
Groves joined the company in 2021 as a credit analyst. He will now proactively seek new business opportunities for residential debt finance.
Uma Rajah, CEO and co-founder of CapitalRise, noted they have ambitious lending targets for 2024 after a strong 2024.
