Copper and Solv Protocol to Enhance Digital Asset Management

Copper.co, one of the industry’s digital asset custodians, announces a strategic partnership with Solv Protocol, a native yield platform that tokenizes and aggregates high quality yields from various sources across the industry.

This collaboration leverages Copper‘s custody and collateral management solutions, including its ClearLoop technology, in order “to enhance the user experience and unlock new opportunities within the CeDeFi ecosystem.”

At the heart of this partnership is the integration of ClearLoop, Copper’s off-exchange settlement solution.

By incorporating ClearLoop into Solv Protocol’s infrastructure, institutional clients will benefit from “enhanced security, reduced counterparty risks, and increased capital efficiency when participating in yield-generating strategies.”

By leveraging ClearLoop, Solv Protocol optimizes operational workflows, “minimizes network fees, and safeguards against insolvency.”

This combination facilitates a frictionless and “more secure investment experience for its institutional clients.”

Dmitry Tokarev, CEO at Copper said:

“We’re proud to announce our partnership with Solv Protocol, as we provide best-in-class digital asset infrastructure for institutional investors. Integrating ClearLoop’s innovative features empowers our clients to navigate the CeDeFi landscape with greater efficiency and security.”

Ryan Chow, CEO at Solv, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the partnership’s potential to revolutionize asset management.

“Teaming up with Copper and integrating ClearLoop into Solv Protocol’s platform provides users with access to enhanced liquidity and security measures, ultimately unlocking new opportunities and maximizing returns within the CeDeFi space,”

Since being founded in 2018, Copper has been “building the standard for institutional digital asset infrastructure with a focus on custody and collateral management.”

Underpinned by multi-award-winning technology, Copper has built “a comprehensive and secure suite of products and services required to safely custody and trade digital assets.”

At the core of Copper’s infrastructure is ClearLoop, which enables clients “to manage collateral and settle trades across multiple exchanges, while mitigating counterparty risk and increasing capital efficiency.”

As noted in the update, Solv Protocol is a yield aggregation and liquidity platform that tokenizes and consolidates high-quality yields from various sources. At the core of Solv’s offering is the creation of “Liquid Yield Tokens,” which unlock new earning opportunities across the blockchain ecosystem.

Solv’s flagship product, SolvBTC, is a liquid yield token, empowers users to seamlessly participate in the growing “BTCFi” space, serving as “the key to unlocking Bitcoin-powered DeFi on every chain.”

Solv is backed by Binance Labs, NOMURA Group, Mirana, Blockchain Capital and more.
