Prime property investment platform CrowdProperty has hired a new Head of Business Development for London & the South East.
The established online investment platform has operated for ten years in the UK market.
CrowdProperty states that Simon Michael joined the company in early June as part of plans to further develop the expertise and capabilities already present within the company.
CrowdProperty has been building out its executive bench with recent appointments, including Head of Intermediaries, Steve Smith.
CrowdProperty states that it has funded the development of 3,584 homes across the UK, totaling around £844million of property.
