DOGE Leader and Tesla, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk Shares Letter Sent to SEC Chairman Gary Gensler

Elon Musk, founder and CEO of multiple firms including Tesla and SpaceX, has leveraged X, another one of his companies, to lambast outgoing SEC Chairman Gary Gensler.

The letter referenced in the X points to a settlement demand from the SEC stating that Musk has 48 hours to either accept a monetary penalty or the SEC enforcement guns will start firing.

Signed by Musk Attorney Alex Spiro, the letter states that the SEC has “harrassed” Musk for over six years, sharing that the SEC has now opened up an investigation into Musk firm Neuralink.

Spiro states that this series of events shows that the Commission is not motivated to seek the truth but is instead engaged in an improperly motivated campaign against Musk. He demands to know who is behind the actions and asks if the White House is guiding these investigations.
