ExtractAlpha, a provider of alternative data and analytics solutions, announced the acquisition of ESG Analytics, a platform offering real-time, actionable insights into ESG metrics.

This acquisition enhances ExtractAlpha’s commitment to expanding its data-driven solutions, enabling clients to harness ESG insights for improved decision-making.

The addition of ESG Analytics to ExtractAlpha’s portfolio provides clients with analysis of sustainability factors, offering “tools for managing ESG risks and capturing opportunities in responsible investing.”

ESG Analytics leverages machine learning and alternative data to deliver a view of a company’s ESG performance, empowering investors “to align their portfolios with sustainability goals while optimizing returns.”

With this acquisition, ExtractAlpha is welcoming Qayyum “Q” Rajan, the professional behind ESG Analytics, to lead the established ExtractAlpha Labs.
