European Investment Platform Estateguru Reports Steady Repayments and Recoveries

Estateguru, a European investment and financing platform for relatively small loans, continues to focus on the crowdfunding space.

Estateguru has reported substantial repayments and a notable interest payout milestone, along with other key updates.

In March, Estateguru reported €9.6 million in repayments to its investors,  which is considered to be robust figure driven by a combination of regular loan repayments and successful recovery efforts.

These achievements reflects Estateguru’s efforts to maintain steady cash flow for its investor base, even in a challenging economic environment.

The latest repayments may be attributed to Estateguru’s  due diligence and risk management strategies, which aim to ensure that investor funds are safeguarded while supporting viable real estate projects across Europe.

In addition to these developments, Estateguru marked a key milestone: €90 million in interest paid out to investors since its inception.

This figure underscores the platform’s long-term efforts in generating returns for its investors.

Reaching €90 million in interest payouts highlights Estateguru’s ability to scale operations while maintaining a focus on investor profitability.

The milestone also signals the platform’s role in the real estate crowdfunding sector, where it has facilitated many different loans for property developers and investors.

For Estateguru’s users, this achievement is an indicator of the platform’s  capacity to deliver returns over time.

In another update, Estonian developer Everaus Kinnisvara raised nearly one million euros through Estateguru for a residential land acquisition project.

The loan, which was reportedly fully funded in just three working days, reportedly attracted a 4,218 individual investors.

For Everaus Kinnisvara, the funds will support the acquisition of land for residential development, contributing to Estonia’s growing real estate market.

For investors, the project offers an opportunity to further diversify their portfolios with a property-backed investment.
