Quality Automotive Services, a franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is reporting continued employee retention improvement in its 3rd year of partnership with DailyPay, the enabler of On-Demand Pay and financial wellness solutions. The implementation of DailyPay has been described as a key tool in improving retention efforts for Quality Automotive Services.
Since the start of the collab, Quality Automotive Services has improved employee tenure by 32% in 2025, according to available internal data. This underscores the tangible benefits of On-Demand Pay in “fostering a more stable and committed workforce.”
Brad Gragg, Vice President, Human Capital at Quality Automotive Services said that DailyPay has been an important tool for QAS to “provide their employees with the flexibility and support needed to attract and retain great people into their growing and opportunity-filled business,”
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Quality Automotive Services is the reportedly second largest Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchisee.

As reported last month, Forbo Movement Systems, a global belt supplier, has partnered with DailyPay, the enabler of On-Demand Pay and financial wellness solutions. With this collab, Forbo’s U.S. and Canada-based workers are now enabled with more choice and greater control over their earned pay.
Forbo Movement Systems has North American offices that are currently based in Huntersville, North Carolina, and is said to be the specialist for high-quality conveyor and processing belts, plastic modular belts, homogeneous conveyor belts, power transmission belts, along with precise timing and flat belts.
As noted in the update, Forbo decided to provide DailyPay’s financial wellness solution to help with enriching the relationship they have with workers and extended support for their financial wellness objectives outside of the workplace.
