Kingscrowd Expands Into Europe

Kingscrowd, a securities crowdfunding intelligence platform, is expanding into the European market.

According to an email distributed by the company, it has partnered with Over Ventures, a European investment crowdfunding advisory firm based in Italy, to launch services and further scale its data platform.

Over Ventures, founded in 2022 in Milan, raised money on

 (nee Seedrs) in 2024 under ECSP regulation. The company describes itself as a “full-stack community capital platform” providing strategy, investor community building, and partnering with around 15 securities crowdfunding platforms. It reports that it has supported over 200 securities offerings, helping to raise over €100 million. The company also holds events on the continent.

Kingscrowd Europe will be majority-owned by Kingscrowd US, and an updated site is live explaining its mission of being the “intelligence layer on top of European startups and private companies investing” and providing independent ratings, analyst research, and portfolio tools.

Kingscrowd, founded in 2018,  is currently in the midst of raising growth capital in a securities offering listed on StartEngine. 

The Reg CF offering has raised over $611,000 as of today.
