New agentic AI services from TransFi, OSL Group and Ionic highlight this week’s fintech product release and partnership announcements.

TransFi launches JARVIS, an AI-powered compliance intelligence platform

JARVIS consolidates customer and transaction data from across its internal systems and third-party providers into a single, risk-based view. It combines KYC and sanctions screening, internet profiling, risk labeling, behavioral and biometric signals, and fiat and blockchain transaction monitoring into a single dashboard.

OSL Group’s AgentPay uses stablecoins for agentic payments

AgentPay is stablecoin payment infrastructure that enables AI agents to execute autonomous payment flows. It supports USDT, USDC, and OSL’s USDGO.

Ionic Wealth AI debuts

The feature combines an investor’s synced portfolio data for the last 20 years of Mutual Fund transaction history, through Mutual Fund Central, with Ionic’s institutional knowledge across markets, macroeconomics and asset classes.

Galaxy Digital to power Bank Leumi digital asset trading

The union allows the Israeli bank to offer digital asset trading to customers through Bank Leumi and PEPPER, its mobile banking operation. The service should be available in early 2027.

Flywire/Trustly enhance open banking in Canada and the United States

Payers can authorize large domestic and cross-border payments directly from their bank accounts and in their local currency. They can access their banking information via Trustly’s interface.

Lithic, Monavate announce card-building partnership

The service offers companies a single route to building and scaling card programs using fiat and digital currencies.

Lithic contributes a developer-first processing platform built with direct network connections and sophisticated Authorization Intelligence across debit, prepaid, charge and credit constructs. Monavate supplies FCA authorization as an e-money institution, principal membership with Mastercard, Visa and Discover, its own BINs across its regulated jurisdictions, and global settlement.

PhonePe adds in-app fixed deposit distribution

The feature lets users compare and book deposits from partner banks and non-banking financial companies. A Daily Recurring Deposit (RD) product, in partnership with Shivalik Small Finance Bank, was also added. It lets users save through daily investments starting at ₹100.

super.money adds installment offering

splitStore is an India-based in-app marketplace that allows users to shop and pay in no-interest installments. Eligible users can split payments without a credit card, processing fee or interest.

Western Union introduces Stablecard in 37 markets

Stablecard offers a digital USDPT wallet and a Visa-secured credit card linked to the USD stablecoin. The service was developed in partnership with Rain and is located on the Solana blockchain.

FIS expands to APAC

This follows debuts in the US and EMEA. Services include cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange and corporate treasury. It supports multiple currencies, time zones and regional languages.

Shinhan Bank, StoneX Payments expand cross-border payment, forex capabilities

The South Korean bank will integrate StoneX Payments’ infrastructure into its existing banking environment. It can now access more than 385 banks and 140-plus currencies in 180 countries and territories.

BinancePay, TBCASoft enable QR code payments

It runs through HIVEX Network and soon debuts in Japan

Binance Pay has partnered with TBCASoft to enable QR code payments through the HIVEX Network, starting with a planned rollout in Japan. Binance Pay serves 48 million customers.

Flex to be embedded on Apartment List

The AI-powered rental platform will embed Flex into unit listings. Flex users can make smaller payments throughout the month, with landlords still receiving the full amount in time.

Sionic adds features to Microsoft Marketplace

The real-time, POS bank-to-bank payments facilitator has made Instant Bank Pay service available with Fraud Detection Service in Microsoft Marketplace. It accesses FedNow and the RTP network.

Mercury Spend spend management solution debuts

Businesses can issue employee and agent cards and manage team spending. Features include intelligent budgets and controls, self-enforcing expense policies, and AI agent-conducive cards.
