SoFi, Payward team up on multiple fronts

Payward will leverage SoFi’s Big Business Banking capabilities, join the SoFi Exchange Network (SEN) and list SoFiUSD on its multi-asset trading platform. SoFi will also use Kraken Prime, Payward’s full-service prime brokerage solution, as an additional source of digital asset liquidity, with qualified custody capabilities available as the relationship expands.

Payward, LSE confirm tokenization partnership

Payward, the developer of the xStocks tokenized equities framework, and the London Stock Exchange are partnering to advance the tokenization of UK equity markets. In the coming weeks, the 100 largest companies listed on the London Stock Exchange will be available as xStocks. Together, the two firms will explore how onchain distribution and regulated market infrastructure can support the next stage of tokenized public equity markets.

Confirmo to process EU mass stablecoin payouts

Socure/Aeropay integration improves identity verification

The union enables consumers to verify their identity and connect a bank account with a phone number and two clicks. Once Socure verifies a customer’s identity with their phone number, Aeropay’s Aerosync technology uses that verified identity to prefill and confirm the linked bank account. The customer moves straight into payment facilitation, or into cash flow underwriting based on aggregated bank transactions, without typing account details or any additional personal information.

FIS launches Embedded Banking Platform

The platform enables U.S. banks to offer banking services directly within the business software their corporate customers use.

Banks leverage Embedded Banking Platform from FIS, partner with a vertical software provider or fintech, and embed their own accounts and payment capabilities into that partner’s product. Corporate customers get an integrated banking experience without leaving the software they use daily.
