Nu to launch in USA
Latin America’s largest digital bank begins with a full product suite and also unveiled Nu Global, a multi-currency digital account. Initial offerings include the Nu Account and a metal debit card. Customers can also send and receive money through more than 35 countries.
Mastercard Wallet Pay arrives
It’s a global portfolio of solutions designed to foster interoperability and innovation for digital wallets across contactless (NFC), QR codes and online digital payments.
BVNK, Marqeta confirm stablecoin partnership
Marqeta customers can now embed stablecoin capabilities into wallets, cards and other products. The company also connects with two existing parts of Mastercard’s network. Mastercard is one of Marqeta’s major network partners, while BVNK’s stablecoin infrastructure has been part of Mastercard since its acquisition of the business a few weeks ago.
Paystand launches agentic finance suite
The suite combines agents with an AI orchestration layer, USDb business-grade stablecoin and native ERP integrations so users can analyze financial activity, make decisions and carry out authorized actions within one connected system.
The Reporting Agent and Spend Agent are available now, with the Collections Agent, now in private beta, scheduled to arrive later this quarter.
CONCRYT deploys agentic AI
Global payments technology company CONCRYT has deployed agentic AI across its live payment operations, moving the technology beyond a chatbot interface and into the day-to-day monitoring of its gateway.
The system continuously monitors payment traffic, financial performance, operational limits and merchant activity, detecting unusual changes and helping the operations team investigate their likely causes. Around 100 monitoring rules are currently in use, with some checks running as frequently as once per minute.
OKX introduces pre-IPO markets and tokenized stocks across Europe
Traders can now take positions on private companies, including OpenAI and Anthropic, before they list, as well as trade public stocks outside traditional market hours. Pre-IPO X-Perps open with OpenAI and Anthropic, giving traders long and short exposure to the implied valuation of private companies with up to 10x leverage. Positions can be opened and closed at any time, and each pre-IPO market launches with deep liquidity. OKX will continue to add pre-IPO markets as they become relevant.
Ualett announces international money transfer service
Ualett Global Transfer runs within the Ualett app. The launch expands Ualett’s product ecosystem by adding international transfers alongside Ualett GigAdvance.
It supports transfers to the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Mexico. Additional countries are planned.
