HomeFunded, currently in pre-launch will go live on July 22nd, allowing prospective home buyers to sign up and raise funds to be used as a down payment to buy a home through crowdfunding.
HomeFunded was developed by Orlando Realtor, Aaron Mighty, who believes that,
“when there is an opportunity to bring the American dream of homeownership to more people who qualify and can afford it why should we put up more roadblocks than build roads towards home ownership.”
Mighty himself is a Real Estate Broker and advocate of affordable housing.
HomeFunded.com will require all potential home buyers to attend an educational webinar that will guide them through the home buying process, provide them information on how to handle the responsibilities of being a homeowner and also assist them on running a successful down payment campaign.
