On Wednesday, Fundimmo announced its new real estate crowdfunding platform that is exclusively reserved for the French property investment. This new site is regulated by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and is registered as Investment Advisor Participatory (CIP) with ORIAS.
Fundimmo allows individuals to invest from 500 euros in various investment products with attractive yields (5-15% depending on the project). The platform noted that nearly a year of work was required to obtain registration with the AMF as CIP with ORIAS. A guarantee for project developers and investors in the selection procedures, investment and monitoring that want framed and strict.
President of the Fundimmo, Jonathan Zisermann, stated:
“It was important for us to get CIP status with the AMF. Today is a guarantee that legitimizes our platform and our offers. A pledge of confidence and above all a highly differentiating factor in the market.”
