Crowdcube has released version 1.0 of the Crowdcube App allowing platform users the ability to invest anywhere or just monitor their investments. The new App hit the Apple App Store last week and already has a few ratings which is pretty impressive. The App is described as:

The Crowdcube app gives you easy access to all the investment opportunities available on Crowdcube, and is designed to be easy to dip into when you have a moment. New opportunities are synced to the app so you can read them at any time, even when you’re offline. You can follow companies raising finance to research later, or invest right from the app. To help you keep track of what’s new and interesting, the app can notify you when new opportunities launch, and you can archive any that don’t take your fancy.
Crowdcube is not the first investment crowdfunding platform to launch a true app. OurCrowd jumped into the sector earlier this year. OurCrowd is a global platform that caters to accredited investors only.
Crowdcube is the largest investment crowdfunding platform by total raised. The company boasts over 300,000 registered investors. It’s a mobile world and people just aren’t anchored to their desk and workstation anymore so creating a bespoke App really makes sense. As for a Crowdcube Android app – no word on that.
