UK-based real estate crowdfunding platform the House Crowd announced on Monday its latest investment opportunity, called Bollin Heights, in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The round is seeking £3,550,000 and offers earn returns of 10-12 % p.a.
The funding portal describes Bollin Heights as a conversion of an existing office building into a luxury, gated complex of 24 apartments. It was noted that the communal facilities are being converted to cater 21st-century professionals and will feature a fitness studio with personal trainers, business lounge with hot desks and meeting spaces, concierge services, and cold storage lockers to accept food deliveries. Prices will notably start from just £180,000
Sharing more details about Bollin Heights, Frazer Fearnhead, CEO at The House Crowd, stated:

The House Crowd also noted that those who wish to contribute to the funding round may do so from as little as £1,000 and the work is scheduled to begin this upcoming November, with the investment term estimated to last just nine months.
