Nurturey, a personal assistant for parents, has officially closed its equity crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. The company launched the initiative in early October, seeking £128,000 to drive user base expansion and engagement. Within a matter of days, the initiative secured its initial funding goal, and it finished the round with more than £255,000 in funds.
As previously reported, Nurturey’s key mission is to bring “millions of hours” worth of parenting experience and childcare expertise to parents’ finger tips. It is described as a one-stop companion for parents offering digital tools – Tools – that help parents effectively and efficiently manage their lives around their kids. The company offers assistance to parents by doing all the “boring tasks” that are needed to be down before family time can happen. It was revealed that Nurturey’s assistant is knowledgeable, self-driven, alert, and caring.
“Nurturey is the intelligent PA in the pocket that will constantly assist parents in their journey from pregnancy to early years of parenting. Globally, Nurturey will be the ‘go-to’ platform for parents, as signing up on Nurturey would be one of the first steps parents will take when they conceive.”
Signing up for Nurturey is notably “absolutely free” and the website’s services include:
- Implements algorithms to proactively connect parents to information/resources that are relevant to them.
- Organizes tasks, calendars, etc. on its own by using country-specific benchmarks. It also syncs calendar and information among family members.
- Utilizes all types of information to build comprehensive memories automatically.
- Proactively tells parents if anything is due or needs attention.
From the initiative will be used to continue Nurturey’s growth and development.
