Germany’s first Crowdfunding platform for Real Estate is launched

Crowdfunding: Fund Collection via the Internet. Many small donations become one big one. This innovative idea, known for financing cultural and start up projects is being adapted to real estate by the Munich organization Betterterms. Via the crowdfunding platform “Kapitalfreunde.de” private donors are able to finance a real estate project by the well known developer Dr. Steven Rothenberger in Frankfurt, starting at 250 Euros. The goal is to collect 200.000 Euros as a subordinated loan.

Crowdfunding: Kapitalbeschaffung über das Internet. Viele kleine Beträge werden zu einem großen. Diese innovative Idee, bekannt aus der Finanzierung von Kulturprojekten und Start ups, überträgt das Münchner Unternehmen Betterterms jetzt auf Immobilien. Über die Plattform „Kapitalfreunde.de“ können private Kapitalgeber mit Beträgen ab 250 Euro zum Start ein Immobilienprojekt des bekannten Projektentwicklers Dr. Steen Rothenberger in Frankfurt finanzieren. Bis zu 200.000 Euro sollen in Form eines Nachrangdarlehens zusammenkommen.
