Amidst crowdfunding delays, RoC’s partnership with Bendigo Securities, LLC d/b/a Crowdclear, a registered broker dealer and member FINRA/SIPC, allows us to provide startups an efficient way to raise capital even before the full development of crowdinvesting and the relaxation of general solicitation regulations. It also aligns with our goal to simplify startup finance, alleviate the all-consuming search for capital, and allow high-impact startups to focus on what’s most important – building out their businesses and introducing innovative solutions to social problems. Currently, Return on Change is focused on accredited investors only and our offerings comply with an existing exemption – Rule 506 of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933 – under which issuers can raise an unlimited amount of capital.
