Popular Mechanics has provided a short list of three upcoming products that will be looking to launch crowdfunding campaigns on Kickstarter in the coming weeks and months…
- Solar Cool Tech – A solar-powered cooler that will keep food and drinks (and Coronas!) cold at the beach all day without ice. As Popular Mechanics points out, though, the real draw here is times of disaster and in the developing world; The ability to keep supplies cold in times of crisis, for example, is key. It is said to be launching today on Kickstarter, and we’ll bring you more when it becomes available.
- TouchJet – Part projector, part touchscreen. Past just projecting images on a wall or tabletop, it’ll allow users to interact with the images, potentially allowing for “collaborative, multitouch environments.” Awesome. Look for this on Indiegogo in February.
- FINsix – Hopeful to launch on Kickstarter in the spring, the FINsix is a small, ultra-light power adapter for digital devices. In short, it’s a tiny charger that isn’t a pain to carry around. PM writer Jerry Bellinson predicts that this will be a hit with tech bloggers.
I’m sure more of these lists will become available throughout the CES event, and we’ll be collecting them here at Crowdfund Insider.
