CrowdsUnite has scheduled an equity crowdfunding training class for later on this month in New York City. The four hour gathering entitled, “Equity Based Crowdfunding: Everything You Need to Know for Success” will be held at the offices of Eisner Amper, a leading full service accounting and consulting firm based in Manhattan. The session has several big names in the crowdfunding world sharing their expertise including:

Topics will span the spectrum of equity crowdfunding including legal information on the various forms of investment crowdfunding. From Regulation D private placements to the forthcoming retail crowdfunding exemptions – plus the opportunity presented by Regulation A of the JOBS Act there is much opportunity but many questions.
