CrowdsUnite Organizes Equity Crowdfunding Class for April 28th

CrowdsUniteCrowdsUnite has scheduled an equity crowdfunding training class for later on this month in New York City.   The four hour gathering entitled, “Equity Based Crowdfunding:  Everything You Need to Know for Success” will be held at the offices of Eisner Amper, a leading full service accounting and consulting firm based in Manhattan.  The session has several big names in the crowdfunding world sharing their expertise including:

  • Ben Aguilar of Cathedral Consulting Group
  • Ameet Padte of SeedInvest
  • Thomas Officer of CrowdCheck

Topics will span the spectrum of equity crowdfunding including legal information on the various forms of investment crowdfunding.  From Regulation D private placements to the forthcoming retail crowdfunding exemptions – plus the opportunity presented by Regulation A of the JOBS Act there is much opportunity but many questions.
