The company wants to be a “National Canadian Destination” with a truly innovative and unique offering in North America. It will be situated in the Madawaska Highlands of Ontario, 1.5 hours west of Ottawa and 3.5 hours from Toronto and Montréal. The offer is seeking to raise $19.1 million in common stock. The offer is open to accredited investors.
