CCFG Investments, a San Diego-based, private real estate investment firm celebrated a Q3 milestone this past September. The release of the Q3 earnings of the firm’s mortgage pool fund, CCFG Investment Fund, LLC—also known and referred to as The Privilege Plan—reported a 12.96% return. “We’ve satisfied our shareholders once again for the sixth consecutive quarter,” explained Craig Cecilio, founder and CEO of CCFG Investments. “The fact that we have a hybrid fund allows us to continue yielding these double digit returns.”
The company has continued expansion into the Northern California market attributes to the success of The Privilege Plan. Cecilio stated,”As sales prices continue to level off creating a more sustainable market, we see many sub markets across California outperforming, providing double digit returns the investors are looking for. The returns we yield are scarce in this industry and our diversification philosophy helps to overcome that.”
CCFG’s in house personnel has grown 50% year-over-year. Increased personnel brings experience and exposure to new and repeat contacts as well as referral sources. “We pride ourselves on our relationships. Our repeat clients are our trusted sources for the fantastic returns that we are observing today,” Cecilio noted. “We expect to see the same double digit returns next quarter.”
Cecilio plans to perpetuate the same investment philosophy for the foreseeable future. “The team’s goal is to get as close as possible to a 60/20/20 asset allocation. As long as we continue to build and nurture relationships, we will sponsor the right operators, invest in the right areas, and be flexible when potential changes in the market hit. Although we are still seeing an abundance of distressed assets statewide, we are also looking into new construction investment opportunities in the primary market.”
